Pancho's Vegan Tacos was established in 2016. What began as a small shop, it quickly became one of the leading vegan restaurants in Las Vegas.

Pancho's Vegan Tacos was the first all-vegan Mexican restaurant in Las Vegas and many say the entire world. In 2016 there was nothing like it. There were some restaurants that would offer "vegan options". Until Pancho's Vegan Tacos open its doors.

Pancho's Vegan Tacos serves the most popular Mexican dishes. But that's not what makes Pancho's Vegan Tacos unique.

Pancho's Vegan Tacos creates all the Vegan meats in-house. Vegan Asada, Vegan Al Pastor, Vegan Chorizo, Vegan Chicken, and Jackfruit Carnitas. All recipes are original and created by the Meling Family.

There have been many individuals that have claimed ownership or past ownership of Pancho's Vegan Tacos. But there has only been one owner in all of its existence.

Pancho's Vegan Tacos has inspired many restaurants to mimic what Pancho's Vegan Tacos does.
